Salvedad

A business management platform (ERP) with artificial intelligence for companies in Colombia: e-invoicing, accounting, payroll, inventory, point of sale and banking in one system.

How it is built

One platform, many companies: web, iOS and Android on the same system. Each company's data is kept apart, and that separation is checked on every request and in the database itself.
The AI does the work, a person approves it: 121 actions, such as invoicing, recording payments, moving inventory or running payroll. The AI prepares them and someone with the right role confirms with a tap or a passphrase. If nobody confirms, the proposal expires after 30 minutes, and everything is logged.
Real-time voice conversation: from the app, on web, iOS and Android. The AI looks up company data while you talk.
Connected to DIAN, Colombia's tax authority: e-invoices, credit and debit notes, support documents, POS receipts, receipt events and electronic payroll, with each document's status kept in sync. Filing with DIAN is always a person's decision: the AI only leaves drafts.
Quality you can measure: 1,268 automated tests that run on every change, with rules that cannot be broken: a read-only user cannot write, the AI never sends anything to DIAN and text inside a document is never taken as an instruction.

Paintball Medellín

The platform of a paintball club with two locations: online bookings, memberships, point of sale, inventory and an AI agent on WhatsApp.

How it is built

Bookings without phone calls: four steps from a phone, with each location's schedule synced to Google Calendar. Reminders go out by WhatsApp and email, and the day's closing and no-shows are recorded on their own.
An AI agent on WhatsApp, wired into the operation: it checks prices, availability and locations, reads payment receipts and understands voice notes. Every booking it creates waits for a person's approval, and whatever is outside its scope is routed to the team with a note in the CRM.
Memberships with their own economy: 12-month contracts, referrals with commissions settled by the system and partner businesses validated with a QR code.
The whole operation in one system: point of sale and inventory per location, seven access profiles and a panel to change prices and content without relying on a developer.
Engineering you can audit: more than 400 documented endpoints, 369 end-to-end tests, cryptographically signed webhooks and automatic backups.
